Olmos Park

Olmos Park has a rich history dating back to the mid 1920′s when H.C. Thorman, a renowned oilman and real estate tycoon, purchased property from an Austrian count and developed the posh suburb that became known as Olmos Park. Completely surrounded by the City of San Antonio, our residents enjoy both the advantages of a small town and those of a big city.

The City prides itself on being a friendly city with over 800 single-family homes, most valued between $450,000 and $950,000. Several are valued at more than $1,500,000. Many architectural styles compliment our neighborhood and large, beautiful trees form a canopy of shade over many of our streets. We have a small apartment district of about 250 units.
