About Alamo Heights
The Chamber is a business organization stimulating growth and prosperity among its members through advocacy, education and business growth opportunities. We are pleased to serve the “Tri-City” area of Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Olmos Park, and their surrounding areas.
The Chamber believes that the preservation, growth and promotion of local businesses are directly related to our economic success. All local businesses are invited to join the Chamber and you will find a membership application in the “Join Us” section.

Nick Bastress
Marketing Manager
Nick Bastress is responsible for all social media, street banner reservations, radio marketing, magazine and newspaper participation, website, photography, and videography. Responsible for press releases. Responsible for soliciting, invoicing, and collection for all marketing accounts.
Gina Hughes
Participant Manager
Gina Hughes is responsible for soliciting , registering, and communicating with parade entrants. Responsible for Participant Guidelines. Responsible for Parade Participant Application Forms.Responsible for the parade lineup.
David Moore
Parade Manager
David Moore is responsible for marshalling parade to include organizing the lineup as directed by the Entrant Manager. Responsible for parade route management, check in, first aid, weather decision, and public safety.
Stephanie Cano & Daniel Garcia
Block Party Managers
Stephanie Cano and Daniel Garcia are responsible for after event party to include entertainment, vendor participation, food and beverages, layout, first aid, lighting, and clean up.
Lindsay Jakubowski
Community Manager
Lindsay Jakubowski is responsible for all permitting. Responsible coordinating with local officials and institutions to create value for all involved. Responsible for all in kind donations.
David Clapp
Parade Chair
David Clapp is responsible for soliciting, invoicing, and collecting donations from for-profit business sponsors.
Sloane Wendell
Business Development Officer
Sloane, a sixth generation Texan, and his wife Arlene moved to San Antonio in 2004 from Dallas. Once here, he became an avid outdoorsman and hunter. A love of bird hunting led David to the world of retriever training and now training his second Labrador Retriever, Rye.
Upon graduating from Texas A&M University in 1986, David had a successful 20+ year career in aerospace and defense contracting. He then pursued his interest in the financial industry and coupled with his desire to help people David became a Financial Advisor with Symmetry Financial Solutions. He is here to help you, your family, and your business with protection, investment management, retirement savings, and legacy planning.
Michelle Martin
Business Development Officer

Kathryn Cook
HR Manager and Office Coordinator
In January of 2020, Kathryn began working with Right at Home San Antonio, which is an Alamo Heights Business, as the HR Manager and Office Coordinator. Prior to working with Right at Home, she gained professional experience by working in the customer service industry for five years and was the Office Manager for a sensory deprivation spa for two of those years.
Kathryn was an active member of Alpha Sigma Alpha, where she helped to raise over $30,000 for the Special Olympics. In her sorority, she served as Housing Chairman, Slate Chairman, and Sisterhood Chairman, each of which have dutifully prepared her for her role on the Alamo Heights Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Jennifer Marcos
Coordinator
Jennifer Marcos is an auditor for the Air Force Audit Agency and also serves as the administrator for the Alamo Heights Chamber of Commerce. While not originally from the area, Jennifer now considers San Antonio her home. She is a graduate from the University of the Incarnate Word and enjoys working with the community and its members.
Edgardo Gonzalez
Chamber President
Edgardo Gonzalez graduated from The University of Incarnate Word with a Bachelor's Degree in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory Analysis. He is a Private Banking Relationship Associate with Broadway Bank and previously managed Orange Theory Fitness, lululemon, and was the Director of Endurance Event Initiatives for the American Cancer Society. He is the founder of We Run San Antonio, an event based company that hosts endurance events and once operated three retail stores in San Antonio.
Edgardo is also the President for the Board for local Non-Profit Operation Comfort. His hobbies include trail running, cycling, and off-road adventures.
